Ans : I am listing only one and Oscar need only one. I asked Oscar about the multiple address case so he replied that you will have to take the address on the left side only. For the case of many websites, take only one and most appropriate ones i.e. most one matching with the company name.

Ans : Ok For the case of cropping follow this steps. When there is no logo : Do select the company name and if there is no company name then have to select the whole card. No worries about that.

Ans : For the case of Phone numbers like this +1(555)555-5555, it is obviously the U.S. Number so put only (555)555-5555.

Ans : For that case I will separate lines using a coma (,) and add then in the Title Field. For example like this Title : General Manager, West Zone

If vice president isn't there,I would write M.Phil Ph.d in title field for sure..

 

I have a query,in the following card,there's no company name,a logo can be seen,should I select the whole card or select the logo only.

You can just select the CC:Me thing.

 

For that case you do this way

Kevin Smith M.Phil Ph.d
Vice President

and you will enter these things as shown

Name Kevin Smith, M.Phil Ph.d
Title Vice President

Please don't enter the degrees in the Title field that is way you will loss scores

Just a little thing,
If any company name isn't there(but I can see the name in the logo),should I write company name from what's written in the logo?

 

Yes, You can put the company name if you can clearly get the company name from the logo.
But, don't put the logo name if the company name is given in a textual way. That is

for example you see the logo --> IBM and the company name given as

'International Business Machine' somewhere in the card as text then you should enter International Business Machine. OK ?

What is 416 stands for??is it ext.?

 

Yes X 416 is the Extension.
