Hello all, I have been working on mturk since last December. So far everything has seemed all right except one: a massage showed that my hits can not be accepted due to server error; it usually happened after 10 or more hits were done(as a result, I only did 90 hits in 4 months). Sometimes I got a bit upset since I could not know what happened and it made me feel afraid of taking more hits. Has anyone had the same problem? I wish I could get some help from you. Thanks.
All I can tell you is it's not normal and shouldn't act like that, you need to contact support about it although having experienced mturk support myself, i can safely assume you will probably get no real help, but trying can't hurt.
