He simply needs some money for his new years celebration, whats the harm in that? LOL It reminds me of the scam in college where the guy would walk around campus pretending to be a college student from another close by campus and he would tell you that he ran out of gas and just needed a few dollars to get back. The guy hit me up two nights in a row with the same scam and I laughed at him and asked him if he remembered me from the night before. He of course shut up and started walking the other way.
That never happened to me. Probably because the college that was closest to my campus was a private school filled with rich people. Mine was the small state school.
