I don't mind if he doesn't respond, as long as I get my approval ^_^

I completed 234 of those twitter hits. I hope the requester isn't too strict.

In any event what's everyone up to?

I just wanted to share that I have done a couple hundred of the Bouet hits over the past few days and most all of them have approved without a single rejection.

The batch up now looks bad but it is really quick and easy to do.

Hey guys.. New to turking. First I just want to say thanks for everyone contributing to this forum of awesomeness. Second I'd like to ask a question.Does returning HIT's count against you in any way?

Yeah I did the same thing. I should really learn to check the TO before hand.

Returning HITs doesn't count against you at all.

Is it just me, or does the SpeechTranscript hit just show a large white box where the chat should be once you accept?

In the john brelig HITs where you extract data from a receipt, what is the transactional ID that only appears on some?

I used to worry about returning. I haven't come across a single instance yet that it has mattered. It is much better to return than to get a rejection. If I do legit work, then I submit whatever I have worked on. But, if a survey sucks or something, then I return them. Sometimes you are better to quickly click to accept and then screen a HIT.

There is one that I can think of: Apparently Oscar Smith may decrease your score if you return his hits. But yeah, other'n that go nuts. According to my dashboard I return about 20% of what I accept, and have a 99.9% accept rate partially thanks to returning when in doubt.

There was actually a HIT about a week ago which had a returning % requirement, but after a couple of members emails the requester s/he admitted to it being an error. So yeah it shouldnt matter, I rather return than do shoddy work. Who knows it might be a requirement sometime in the future so I try to keep it as low as possible, currently mine is at 17%.

I saw one a few weeks ago about a return requirement, think it was some adult hit. Surprised me.

That's my thinking... you never know. I've managed to keep my return at 6.4% and abandon at 0.6%. I only accept what I have full intention of finishing, I only return when I absolutely cannot finish HIT or HIT is broken.
