I just went to do a hit for $25 by the requester Jeanine Griffith. Sham. I've included a screenshot because I think these are all the same person who have three different hits with a pretty good payout. You click on the hit, do the task and then it won't let you actually submit the hit. SHady!!! Waste of time!!!

Please make sure you give a quick review on Turkopticon when something like this happens. http://turkopticon.differenceengines.com/AJ08HYSHLQKYX

I don't know if you current use TO, but you should add it. It gives you an idea of which requesters are trustworthy and which aren't. That is, as long as they've been reviewed before.

A good rule of thumb.. if it sounds to good to be true.. IT REALLY IS!

No one is going to pay you to setup a credit report / dating profile / this that or the other.. ALL those hits are just setup to steal your personal information.

Identity theift is a huge racket these days and mturk is a great way to do it.. I always report those hits to amazon however it seems to do little to no good.. there always there or always making more accounts to make more hits to steal more information..

I've seen surveys and transcription hits at or above $5 that aren't scams. Writing jobs, too.

its the 50 80 120$ hits that are all scams.. anything that asks for personal information is a scam..
