Return Oscar Hits if you can't do them correctly, yes. This requester is notorious for rejecting and blocking quickly and instantly. I did ONE HIT from him a long time ago to test the waters, and it was rejected and I was blocked. It was a two cent HIT and so not worth it. This is not a good requester to work for.
i was nver rejectd by this requester on his transcription of business card tasks...and frm the mail to one of the mturk forum member received from him says that we lose our quality score on returning or abandoning a hit.
