I don't know anything about this one in particular, but the "Bulk Administration" ones are usually just requesters cleaning up after a project. For example, they might give you the qual when you do a survey to stop you from retaking it. Once they have all the data they remove it again because they have OCD (most requesters seem to just let quals linger forever, I have an absurd number from various surveys). No idea what triggers Amazon to send that email. Usually you get and lose quals without any notification, but ever so often they send out that email to worry everyone.
