All right you tech geeks here's an MTurk Suite task for you. Over the summer my computer crashed and I have yet to attempt to pull the data off that drive. I have another computer I didn't have access to until just yesterday that had most of my HIT database in it save for probably March-June and of course my "new" computer has everthing after that so it would fill in most of the gaps if I could get that stuff off there. Problem is the export isn't working. Why? Because it's running Windows Vista and this is version 2.1.10 of MTurk Suite which is one of the only versions that runs on it. I can see all my HITs in the History section of the tracker when I HIT search and leave it blank so I know my thousands of HITs are still there. Any ideas on how to get this data since Export isn't working?

Anyone still using Chrome extension EditThisCookie? To fix Mturk issues. I turned it off while figuring out issues on my computer and realized it wasn't needed...so far.
I'm still using it. The only time I noticed I needed it was when I had a bunch of HITs expire in my queue and started getting the 400 error messages. We may not need it if we aren't doing a batch with short timers.
Confused. Old one is running Vista? Are they both running v. 2.1.10? Call them #1 and #2. Can you use the old HD just for viewing the database? Do you have to interact with the database?
Probably not it but did you Sync it? I try to do that once in awhile. Also whenever I do search, I have to make sure the from/to dates are empty otherwise it'll come up empty thinking it's in specific dates.
