Man, I just caught two things in a row that were demanding more personal information than it's sensible to give out. Tossed both back. Doesn't anybody ever tell requesters there are rules of conduct for them as well as us?
It's in the Mturk TOS that they aren't supposed to collect personally identifiable information. No one reads that of course.
I did this one on October 12, and it's still not approved. It's truly not a drain, but it's all writing. In fact I just sent a message. If approved, it'll be worth it, sorta. I wouldn't do it again.
I did it a few weeks ago, too. Mine approved, so I don't think you're in trouble. I'd do this one every day, if they let me.
You are correct. I'm not worried about approval, as my work was good -- but it's definitely read and writing focused. And it makes sense it takes a bit of time to approve.
