Hi I am new to the forum and I am currently doing research in economic decision making. I am thinking of running my experiment with Mturk, which should take approximately 30 minutes. (there are about 30 choices to make in an economic environment, the overall payment will depend on the choices you and a person you are matched with take). What would be an average payment for something like this? Currently, we are thinking of doing a 2$ participation payment + from 0 to 10.5$ performance payment ( the average would be around 3-5). Would that be reasonable?
Hi, welcome to the forum! Glad you joined us. It sounds interesting and like a game. That should be fun. I think the payment that you're doing is reasonable. Once people are done taking your experiment, I suggest assigning qualifications to make sure that they don't take it again.
