From what I heard years ago that you can't and they can't either. I remember people being stuck with their old addresses. No idea if that has changed now.
You can add new addresses to your address book, though. I've bought things on there and had them shipped directly to other people in other states. So maybe just don't delete the old address, but add a new one and choose it as the delivery address when you shop?
In general I'd go with your real current location so if a requester is a pain and checks it matches up with whatever your IP address tells them. But watch out for surveys that use your state as a qualification...
