Bizarre little HIT that pays $2.50, but the instructions insist you spend 30 minutes on it.. even though the answers become apparent within 5 minutes.. I like l2w though, he always pays so check it out :] up now!
Well they're all different so I can't help you with a specific one.. I would say pay attention to the chapter numbers, the ones that are closest to the original pieces chapter number are usually the most relevant. Make sure you read all the pages though because if you submit the HIT before the 30minute counter it'll be rejected..
It's supposed to take longer than 5 minutes. I think that was a little exaggeration. Generally, the answer is pretty obvious, but you still want to read them all and make sure. You have at least 30 mins before you can submit otherwise you risk rejection, so might as well read them to make sure you're right.
This seems to be very easy. So easy that it's making me a little nervous. I have several of these hits open, and completed, but waiting for the timer to get past 30 minutes. Definitely does take longer than 5 minutes if you actually read the sections like you are supposed to, but not 30 minutes. Hope this works out...
l2w has never failed me before, i've worked for him a lot.. as long as you follow the instructions of the HIT you should be fine.. I'm jus doing one at a time though, not really sure about opening loads at once, maybe that's cool but i'm not gonna risk it.
Yeah, I opened 4, considering they have a 3 hour time allotment, since things like this usually go super fast. Once I finished the first one I went ahead and started working on the second, and on and on. Crossing my fingers!
Boring, but (generally) easy. I've had a couple of topics that I don't know too much about (Buddhism, for instance) and the terminology really throws me off. But for the most part, I'm sitting here with 15 open waiting for the 30 min mark so I can turn them in.
I kept getting the india ones and thinking they were the only ones. Spent a good 20 minutes trying to figure out one of them >.>
I'm at 11 minutes for one of them and only know two for sure. Bah. =) but some random turker isn't grading me so i'll go through with it. might take me three hours lol
I was just going to ask if we could do more than one, good to know. I know it doesn't say that you can't, but I've had an instance before where I requester had a higher paying hit like this and didn't specify that you could only be credited for doing one, but still rejected my second one.
After I did them I got to thinking.. the directions say "Must spend 30 mins." Thats 2 per hour/ 48 per day (technically!) so I'm kind of hesitant to do more in case they look at it that way. I did around 50. I want to do sooo many more but I'm skerred. Somebody give me bigger balls so I can hit my first $200 day with these! Edit: Just sent requester a message asking about approval/rejection policy. Will update if/when I hear back.
I'm going to try 20 then stop... not sure I want to risk more than that. Even though I am legitimately going through the sections to see that my choices are relevant.
I did too. I actually left the PDFs open because I noticed they were the same sets for all the HITs. I understand the 30 min minimum to thwart off scammers, but speed readers like me shouldn't be punished for it, dammit!
Well I'm good with speed reading and did a little keyword searching in the different sections to help. Let us know if you get a response... I'm looking at a pretty good day if all of those are approved. There's surprisingly been a lot of work tonight, I want to keep working but starting to get tired. Jumped right into turk around 6:30 after an 8-5:30 day at the office... I can tell my pace is slipping drastically haha
Could've made pretty much unlimited money on these but I chickened out too, stopped after like $40.. gonna have regret either way now Gonna be interesting to see how he approves, if he ever posts these things again today i'm goin over $100 lol
