New to MTURK and now at limit to HITS

Yup. The first ten working days you have a limit of 100 (returned hits count in this limit) HITS.

 

10 working days means you have to do at least 1 HIT for 10 days, they don't have to be consecutive or business days, but the first 10 days you actually work you have a 100 HIT limit.

 

Booty, I think it is at least 3 HITs for 10 days.

 

I'll try to find it, but someone posted (within the last few weeks) that it was one HIT, with the message they received from mturk.

Oh that's interesting thanks Whimsy I will stop misinforming now I am certain it was 3 when I started, maybe they have changed it since then? Could be I just read something wrong at the time I guess.

 

Try surveys or higher paying tasks. You'll probably earn way more if you're doing, say, 100 $0.50 HITs and will probably not even get to the 100 HIT cap this way (Unless you're trying to get your numbers up, then by all means, keep hitting the cap ;P).
