New - STill have 41 pending?!?

    I still have 41 pending from last night. How long do some of these take? I am new so now Im on limit have to wait until tomorrow to do more hits and its only midnight here?!?! On East Coast USA. :(

    It can take up to 30 days, depending on requester auto-approve settings.

    pff dude i've got like 400 hits in pending for 4 days.My "record" of hits in pending is 8 days.

    I am in the same boat.

    Found this in FAQ

    If you are a new Worker, there is an initial holding period before your money is transferred to your Amazon Payments account. This holding period is an important security requirement and you will not be able to disburse funds during this time. Your money is held until you have been active on Mechanical Turk for 10 days.

    Also need to do 3 hits per day.

    That's after the HITs are approved. The requester has up to 30 days to approve or reject a HIT or it is automatically approved. If you're a newbie still in the initial 10 day period, HITs can be approved but they won't appear as "Paid" and the money won't be in your Amazon account until that 10 day period is over.

    Your accepted HIT count limit (of 100) will be reset at midnight pacific time...I believe.

    Its seems like a pretty difficult task to have to wait for my limit to be up. Im home all day. Some of them seem to be clearing though & being approved.
