    How old are your kids?
Yeah, I made the dough after I got up in the morning. It's in the fridge "aging" until tonight. I find that aging it (actually called "retarding the dough") makes it taste better and has a better mouth feel.

I like the 12pm EST schedule. There are about 174 qualified workers and I doubt that Mark L. will be able to put the work up to accommodate all of us so I think the 11am-12pm EST is a great middle ground for all time zone turkers.

I like 12 PM EST, it's a chore to wake up earlier than that.

So you're saying pizza is like wine basically...?
I don't like the idea of waiting for my pizza :suspicious:

What cheese do you use? I'm currently going down the "test every single cheese until it tastes somewhat edible" phase.

I don't know about that. For those on the east coast, we usually end up having to forgo lunch because they get posted right at that time. 1PM EST would be great for me.

If that's the case closer to 10 or 11am ET would be best.. :D

    Or 2:30 - 3:30 ET... :D

Of course I am looking out for me! :D But a lot of us have kids so too early in the morning or right around or after lunch is tough.

The girlfriend wants to go out to lunch in about 30 minutes. I hope the batch posts and I can get some in before then. :p Can't turn down that all you can eat buffet.

I would think that a 3000 hit batch would come and go in about 20 minutes if it was posted at 10 or 11. Not the best thing if I may say.

10am EST makes it 7am in the PST zone. We have kids too to make breakfast for, pack lunches for and take to school.

Edit: Is the difference 3 or 4 hours between PST and EST?
Edit, again: It's 3 hours, I am so out of it at times.

Being from Michigan and moving out here, now that I'm in the central time zone the times confuse the hell out of me in the morning when I check my email for the daily message from Mark. :p

I doubt Mark would want to be in the office to post a batch at 2:00 am. He would fire us all if we requested that. :)
