Watch the addresses found a couple where the dentist is correct, but the address is wrong. Noting it in comments.
What if the only email they have is a built in form that doesn't give the actual address? I've been stating in the comments that they have an on-site email form.

I'm sorry, but I accidentally submitted one that wasn't finished. I went to hit next page and must have hit submit. I apologize.
I thought the contact info URL was all we needed, then we could find the financial info from there. Half of the time I didn't need to use both URLs. Well that did it exactly in an hour! I had little aggravation. First I went to do the HIT, provided the info then I went to submit the HIT only to find out I didn't accept it. By then someone already took it so I had to start anew. So then I accept the new HIT then click on auto accept. I work on the next HIT, filled out the info only to find out I need to enter the captcha! Then again, someone took it so I had to start a new HIT again...
I only had 2 of 50 that actually had a Financial tab...the rest had to dig for payment options if they were even there.
I got a late start (was doing laundry and didn't realize that it was time for the batch to be up) but still got in 63.
