Hi. Just started tonight. Have yet to complete first hit. The first hit I chose looked easy enough: finding Google rankings of specific urls plus minimal additional info. There are multiple urls to look up within the same hit. Okay, completed the first url just fine, but when I came back after researching the second one I found that all my info input for the first one had vanished. There has got to be a simple fix, but I just can't see it.

I'm working in Windows 7, Internet Explorer.

Can some kind soul point me in the right direction?

    Thanks in advance.

Unless the page refreshed itself, there's no reason the data should disappear. Make sure you keep that tab open, all surveys and search engines should be opened in a separate tab, otherwise this will happen. Also remember to click "Accept hit". Hope that helps.

Also, if you'll open too many tabs and won't find easy a HIT you work on, click on " HITs Assigned To You".
This will show you every HIT you accepted and it's not yet Submitted , also the time left till expires.
    Good luck.

Thanks. I think this is where my problem is occurring, not having a separate tab open for Google. I'll try that. Thanks again.
