I have sent 100% of all my turk money to a greendot card. But to get one you need a ssn I think. I cant remember. I know you can get online prepay cards with no ssn. You may want to try that,.

The ideal solution would be for Amazon to actually provide an Amazon debit card that will allow you to make payments directly out of your amazon account. That way there is no waiting for funds to be transferred to a bank account before they can be used, as soon as it's in your amazon payments account it would become available to use via that debit card.

Paypal already does this, I have a debit through them so when I have funds in there I can just swipe that card to buy whatever i want in the store and it's directly paid for through my paypal account. Much more convenient when I need money immediately and can't wait a day or two for a withdrawal to clear to my actual checking account.

I was asking a similar question other day. To answer your question, yes you can receive money to a prepaid card. Most of the pre-paid debit cards offered, for example; Walmart Visa or Master Cards, Green Dot, American Express Blue Bird, all have an account number, and a electronic routing number, which you need to process payments via electronically. But as far as a social security number, most all of the ones I know offered in the US now require a SSN to where they used to didn't. I've used Prepaid's from the Dollar Store, Money Visa and Mastercard from Walmart, and now the Blue Bird and they all require a social.

I would suggest you not ask questions like this in these forums. For starters, I do no think anyone here is qualified to give you any legal advice. Additionally, I do not think the owner would appreciate any suggestion of questionable activity to be broadcast on their forums.
