They approve and pay quickly.
It only let me do 1, then it said I couldn't do anymore but that wasn't necessarily because of performance. Lame.

They cut everyone off at the same time. It is not a matter of who you are, it is a matter of getting on them fast enough.

This happened to me last night (before I heard about the Universal cut off). I e-mailed the requester and he told me something was wrong, and he took my block off. Not sure how I'd even have a block since it was the first time I attempted doing any, but worked for me today.
