My brother and I were always in DoD schools. Before they were unified under one curriculum. My brother had to repeat first grade when we moved from Texas to Oklahoma because he was so far behind. This is what would happen to every kid that moved from state to state or tried to go to college out of state. There has to be some kind of standard.
