turk - not sure why you're panda wasn't working. I had mine on 2 seconds and it kept my queue pretty full, but in general pandas don't work quite as well as they used to.
sorry, I meant that the PandA wasn't grabbing one each time as it should--like it was skipping many. you're right, this has been happening more often lately. I have noticed that it seems to happen only with specific requesters, though.
I wondered why I couldn't accept HITS that clearly had many left. This is annoying. Gggrr! I was also excited to see Zoltars go up to 1K, then they dropped suddenly. It was like the internet woke up.
And while I'm listing possible PandA errors: could be MTurk, could be requester, could be TM, and it could be that the PandA simply can't grab the HIT 'cause it's already grabbed by some one else's hungry PandA. It's all in our paranoid conspiracy oriented minds. Cold left over chicken fajita pizza is astoundingly good with coffee. But you know that.
Pretty sure they have a panda request limit now, anything around a 1 second refresh puts you in some kind of not-getting-anything hell. Been this way for a couple weeks, when people started noticing it on Virals and I think it switched the day before that (but no one noticed).
Nah, it's turk - they say so. In their new message that says there are no hits available to you, it now says "why?" If you click that - turk lists one of the reasons as "The HIT group is experiencing extremely high demand and is not available to new Workers at the moment."
You know, it's much harder doing these porn hits with a new roommate around lol. Like I'm embarrassed for him to see that. I'll have to tell him I guess.
LOL. Mine's a straight guy and I'm gay and I just know he's gonna walk in seeing me staring at some giant vaginas or something and be like WTF. It almost happened this morning.

Seems super sketchy to me, you have to remember that someone doesn't necessarily have to ask you to download a trojan a site can be setup where it just scans looking for any vulnerability in your browser, OS, and so on . . .Not worth the risk IMO . . .
