The Sergey TO trick worked for me, just got the HIT to submit. Here's the fix from TO: 1. Open Firefox (you must use FIREFOX, not Chrome, Safari, etc.) 2. Complete the HIT and try to submit it 3. On the dialog box that comes up after the error shows up, check the box that says not to show the error again 4. Hit the Submit button on the HIT again and voila, submitted!
