Your statement is not right, it can be misunderstood, you have to specify in which category this $100-200 fall for.
I am located in Hyderabad AP, the minimum salary of MNC employee is from $400-700, then bank employees are averaging with $500 and more per month. A security guard here is earning $100-200 per month in my city.

    hi vaas,

Basically the person (Awarebrah) asked about "what is considered an average monthly wage in India"? I think he meant not about mturk workers.
Your reply to him was also not clear and then later you mentioned meant to "Indian workers in mturk". You have to carefully understand what he meant and reply specifically next time. So many people would not misunderstood. Hope you don't mind this. Happy turking.

oh i think you are a US resident.

Mturk sends their cheques to India from Singapore via paid air mail.

    4$ is mailing fees.

$100 to $200 is technically poor in India and not a middle class income. That's the income of a fresher in India but the income of somebody with 3 to 4 year experience in a good job sector is around Rs40000 or $800.
