make sure your bank account name and mturk dashboard name are same. If they are not same, they will suspend your account. that happened to many.

Why Amazon is suspending every account without proper reason? If they start to suspend accounts for using script or panda, then majority of accounts will become gradually suspended. Right? That's the reason for your suspension. Change of 'name' is not allowed in amazon and now I don't know how you could get back your account even, if you want to stay with the old name.
Hi Turkers, I think MTURK is suspending all the Indian Accounts one by one. From the last week, 6 accounts of my friends(including mine) has been suspended by MTURK. When asked for the reason, everyone got the following reply: "Violation of Participation Agreement". I don't know how many of the other accounts has been suspended from last week.
This is incorrect. I've changed my name twice, changed my email, changed my address, and there's no problems. Changing your name does not jeopardize your account.
That was my thought, too. If it causes you get insta-banned, then why would they even provide the option? Unless it is somehow different for Indian turkers. I've actually suspected that for a while.
Changing Account Name is allowed in mturk but it should comply with legal documents (atleast for Indian workers). Changing account name in mturk creates series of consequences. Just after name change, account is restricted and forced to provide proof for the same. I think Indian workers should provide Gazette copy as the proof for name change. And then PAN card proof should be submitted again for verification. Bank account should be re-linked with new name. They provide about a month of time frame to submit all of these things.

I've done almost 2M HITs from 2011. But, last week my account too suspended with the same reason. I don't know why MTURK is doing these things.
I think new policy of indian govt. against blackmoney/foreignmoney is forcing mturk to supend indian accounds. because bulk suspension is never happened before.
American here, just happened to me also or rather my Amazon Payments is "no longer in good standing" and needs to be verified. In my case I had a legal name change a while back and every time I tried to correct it, it just... Wouldn't go through, so I stupidly gave up. So this case is definitely my fault. I could still do hits but I don't want to until I know for sure I'll be able to transfer the money out again.
