Anyone else's Amazon Payment account been suspended. Got this email after calling and emailing them: Unfortunately, we have been unable to confirm your account information which is required in order to utilize our service. We regret we will not be able to allow your account to transact in the future. I have had the same information on the account since I opened it, and have been transferring money for 3 years with it. Now I cant work for Mechanical Turk because I cant get paid. I called them again and they said there was nothing they could do, I couldnt send or fax them any information. I call BS. There is something more to it then they cant verify my information because its the same as always. Suggestions on how I can set up something else to get paid??
Now Mechanical Turk has suspended my account also with no reason whatsoever. Been here 3 years did over 3k hits and had a 99% acceptance record. I give up! Thanks alot Amazon payment accounts for screwing up my turking! It is just wrong to get penalized for getting married and changing your information and they dont give you an option to prove your identity.
