Thanks, I have sub skills, and can make pretty good gifs, but adding text to a specific part on an animated gif, I am lost...
I think in photoshop you have to add it to each individual frame, I opened up the gif in PS and noticed there was like 70+ frames of him flying up and figured that would be way too much work for the outcome haha.

Sorry I never post. I'm a zombie. I would suggest because as said previously there are too many frames, you don't want to add it to each frame. When in PS, in your timeline click the small lined icon on the very far left in the timeline window. If you hover over it it should say "Convert to video timeline". When you convert it, it is much easier to work this way with video layers. Create a new layer now, atop all of the frames. When you make a new layer it automatically puts it above all the previous layers. On this layer, you can add text to the entire duration of the gif, but if you want the text to change, create new video layers and click and drag so that they start and end when you want them to. Just playback. So for I'm outta here maybe about 3 new layers, one for each word.
