OH I get that too. I'll get an email saying so-and-so has lurked at my profile and to log in and view theirs then it won't let me...
I was at a little less than 7500 hits, I don't know how or why I got it, it was a little over a yr of doing it. I do know in the last few months before I got it, people were saying to do lots of different categorizing hits, and photo hits, and that's what I started doing. About 4 months afterwards, I got it. I had 7 rejections as well..I would suggest just doing a lot of different types of hits, and lots of batches. Good Luck!!
