Well. I fell asleep at 7pm stupidly and woke up at 9pm wide awake. I haven't went back to sleep and my brain is flipping around. I can't manage more than three hours of sleep at a time lately and it's really taking a toll. Once I'm up, I'm awake for the day unless I nap around lunch time when I start getting tired.
I hear you. My family can sleep so easily. They fall asleep watching a movie at 8pm. I have a hard time getting to sleep, and when I'm woken up, I stay up. Of course my dogs have a tendency to wake me up way too early.
Got an email back about that $2 survey I got rejected on (idioms). Got it reversed. Turned out to just be a misunderstanding. Good rule I've picked up: never be afraid to email a requester who rejected you. As long as your calm and rational (and they actually respond), things tend to work out.
I used to fall asleep really easily. Now it's a whole ritual to calm myself down to get to sleep and then once I'm asleep any little noise from the dog, my phone, family, etc, will wake me up. Then I'm up for the rest of the night. Melatonin worked for the two weeks I took it, but I won't take it if I feel off at all. I had horrible dreams when I took it and I was stressed out at the same time.
