A small rant: every time a survey presents a business scenario, it's in the offices of a corporation. Some of us, I included, have no experience in that type of job. I was a teacher, then started my own home repair business, and now I do this, surveys and driving. These people should know that there are other types of jobs in the world. I was very careful with one yesterday, a pretended application for a job, and missing a question would mean not getting paid. I failed, didn't get paid, and I'm pissed. A good, honest effort should get me paid. I'm writing them.
It enables you to control the audio with your foot. You can pause, go backwards, forwards etc. It makes it much easier so your hands never have to leave the keyboard to relisten to something.
But, that's the data they want. They aren't trying to appeal to the masses. There is a specific demographic they want to test. We can't be a one size fits all society. It's what the government is trying to do now and it drives me nuts.

You were a teacher. You must have a good imagination. Surely you have lived in this world long enough to be able to imagine what it would be like to work in a business environment just by living and reading newspapers etc.
