I've stated again and again the best way to prevent him from being president is in exchange for him agreeing to drop out we all just call him Mr. President and let him use Air Force One when he says he wants it, and let him pretend. He has zero interest in doing president stuff, he just wants the prestige of being treated as such (this part of him is similar to Romney). He'd be completely fine with it.
