maybe she just watched your time and decided that it was too fast. happens from time to time this would be easy to fix by requesters, but some are too lazy to do their work correctly
see, that is probably the only logical reason. the stated time for the survey said 45 mins, and i finished it exactly at 30 minutes. i didn't feel the need to rush because the questions were easily worded and it was a pretty short survey for a 5 dollar HIT.
