To my knowledge, it's non-adult if it's something like a surgery. Unless it involves nudity. Educational nudity "Medical images WITH EXPOSED NUDITY". So it's not educational nudity, not gruesome.. it's non-adult.

If it's medical, but not nudity, wouldn't it be non-adult instead of educational nudity? Educational Nudity states "Medical images with exposed nudity" This is my only problem with these hits, their descriptions are so specifically vague it leads to a lot of speculation and confusion. Out of curiosity, how would something like this be marked? I typically do "educational nudity", but I could very well see the argument for "non-adult". Curious as to what y'all think.

I usually pick educational if it's an image that looks like it came out of a middle school health book, or if there is a teacher/doctor that looks like it's "teaching" something. If there is blood and it's nasty, I pick gruesome.
