Made the mistake of taking a high-value transcription job from SpeechInk. Three and a half hours later and I'm just reaching halfway done. Got to take a break. At least when I'm done, that's $26 in the bank. I could have maxxed out my 100 on batch hits already and made like $3 for the day, so all in all it's not bad, and the audio I'm transcribing is very clear and pretty interesting to listen to. Still, though, damn. I won't be making a habit of this. Glad I have coffee on hand and enough leeway with the timer to take some breaks.

Matchett is a good requester. I've never had a reject nor have I heard of one (could happen though). Pay not great for writing. srvan's topics can be a bit from left field and his instructions could be better.

Well Venue Hits are gone...kept asking for a CAPTCHA to get back in to doing them, finally "halted" my account for 5 minutes :(

There were 30ish HITs left when that happened. I did about 60

~10 mins. Bit long but sort of interesting. Regular survey takers will recognize the dilemma.

You guys do some Venue Quality this morning? Everybody is talking venue HITs so I assume you mean Venue Quality. Those are some super easy HITs, but I hear Venue Quality is a bit hard block happy

They move so fast, you have to accept any other type of HIT, enter the captcha, return the hit and go back to the Venue hits.

Nothing more frustrating than trying to type in the captcha before the HIT disappears (which it will).
