I went with my reckless HappyFish strategy of submitting that stuck survey with a note that it got stuck and I didn't hear from them. If you want to do that, use the #4 box inside the hit to let them know what's going on and give them your email so they can contact you when it's working.

Thats what I thought at first, but they are pretty simple once you do a few. Just look for a category they can fall, and alot are "other" because they ask about computers. EDIT: okay now the cats changed to computer related things, hmmm lol.
