Financial Decision Making Lab HIT Expiration Date: Mar 20, 2013 (4 weeks 1 day) Time Allotted: 50 minutes Reward: $0.80 HITs Available: 1 Description: 12-15 minute survey from the University of Colorado about spending resources. Keywords: survey, answers, study, easy, quick, academic Qualifications Required: Your Value HIT approval rate (%) is not less than 90 Location is US ~~~ My 1st HIT post, sorry link isn't there. It took me 12 minutes to do. Hope not a repost.
Thanks for the hit info I recommend that you visit http://mturkforum.com/showthread.php?4501-All-The-Scripts-You-Need-to-Get-Started! and pick up either tampermonkey if you use chrome or greasemonkey if you use firefox and get some of the scripts they have listed there. Especially the hit exporter. What the hit exporter does is places a button next to a hit that allows you to click it and copy all the hit info, thus making it easy to paste here. If you notice a lot of our hits will say amazonian monkeys underneath it. Those are hits that were linked using this script. edit: It will speed up your linking of hits tremendously. I started out writing them all out like you. That script is pretty awesome.
At 6 mins., this took a little long for $0.30, but it's a bit slow at the moment... - good TO - Personality & Enjoyment of Experiences Requester: MNpsych
Title: US ONLY : Find the IP address of a building location Requester: BENOIT REY [A33GVD6UZVMGFV] (TO) Description: Return physical adresses of locations in the United States, associated with an IP address (Cable, DSL,...) than can be accessed in that building Reward: $0.10 Qualifications: Link: https://www.mturk.com/mturk/preview?groupId=2NPDAT2D5NQYTAEY8UAGFTYMPDX733 Powered by non-amazonian script monkeys creepy hit? They are wanting our IP address/city location etc. Take a look at this hit. I can't help but feel it is against TOS somehow.
Yeah I didn't do it either. I did go to the link and it pulled up my city/ip, etc. With no information on the hit as to what they are collecting info for, I was like um, nope.
You have to make sure you install either https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/greasemonkey/ for firefox or https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo?hl=en for chrome first. Once you have it installed, you will restart your browser and go back to the scripts and install them. Tampermonkey or greasemonkey, whichever you use basically handles the scripts for the browser. There is a way of doing it without the monkey extensions, but I found it easier to use it. I am not really familiar on all the steps involved with not using it either.
It's all installed but I don't know what to do when I click on it. For instance, I clicked on a HIT and a thing popped up. I don't know what to do then. I tried Control C and then Control V or Paste into a thread, here but neither worked.
Click on the little vB button next to the title of the hit, a box should pop up. Right click on the text, go to copy. Then return here and right click and go to paste. Alternatively, ctrl+c and ctrl +v should work as well. However, if ctrl c isn't working for you, try the right click method and see if it works.
