Refresh, try it again. Restart, use an incognito window in chrome or disable all addons in firefox. Submit it and keep trying and tell them what went wrong since it's about the best pay/rejection risk you can get. Etc.
I kind of feel bad for posting the $10 HIT. It has caused so much strife. It was great for those of us who it worked for though.
