Duuuuuude. I hadn't taken any in a while- took some new stims this morning at about 10 and have been on a run and to the gym. I'm STILL wired!! It's AWESOME! ^_^
If it's shake, all you have to do is pick up his paw, rub the top of it, say the command, (shake or paw), and give him treats. Once he learns what the words means, you say your command, and when he lifts his paw, you tell him good, (marking the good behavior), and then give him a treat. Easiest thing in the world. It can take a few days until he learns the word, so just be patient and consistent and find a treat that he thinks is like a bar of gold.
Do you like pre workouts? I have a sample of one and didn't notice too much of a difference. I followed your advice and started light lifting (3 sets, 10 reps each, increasing weight) and tonight is triceps/back.

Yeah buddy!! Assault isn't really something that makes me amped, but seems like if I switch my pre up everyonce in awhile I get good strength gains from it. Been rotating hyper fx, hemo rage, and assault. I use the ephedrine on the days I do LIIT as if I'm doing HIIT my heart goes to unhealthy amounts of beats per minute IMO.
Some yes, some no. What sample did you try? Some make me extremely irritated after I get done lifting (hemo rage). And awesome on the weights, thats what I like to hear!
This is great and all. I appreciate your feedback. But, on all my other HITs by your system - I got bonuses on all of them. So I guess I was providing bad data, or gaming it. Let's put it this way. You can put your HITs up, but I won't do them. I got three rejections, and I didn't use a different methodology in the small batch I did.
You have a pit or a pit mix right? I have 3 and they are incredibly smart. He is gonna pick up on more than you think. If they are playing to hard sometimes I just give them the look and they stop. Hand commands are nice too because if you're on the phone or something you can just signal him to sit or whatever. Plus it's a nice visual for them. People thing their dogs are dumb or bad because the owner doesn't take the time.
