OK, now I understand what you're saying. She made her comment about moving the hours around in response to a post that said there was research that shows Daylight Saving time conserves energy. I don't know how strong the evidence is but in theory that's why there's a benefit to doing it. Describing it as just moving the hours around to me makes it sound arbitrary. That's where we got our wires crossed. I'd say we're both right.

I've already taken care of that. It was 2 months ago. They blocked my Payments account, I called, I got it fixed. This is 7-8 weeks later and it's an issue with mturk, not Amazon Payments. I didn't change any addresses or anything on Amazon itself.
All we can do is speculate. Amazon will either reinstate your account, or tell you exactly what is wrong. We can't really help.
