Crowdsurf Support media not loading

    Hi all!

    I just wanted to transcript some HIT's for Crowdsurf Support, but the media isn't loading out of nowhere. I tried on several different browsers and on two different computers.
    I can still accept the hit, but obviously can't work on it anyway..
    Could it be that they somehow blocked me?
    Is this what they call a soft block?

    The same thing just happened to me. I keep reading about how they give a ton of feedback when we do something wrong, but I never received any indication that there were problems. It's frustrating because at first I thought it was a browser issue. I wish there was a way to know if it is indeed a soft block or something technical! It keeps saying that the "operation timed out" Is this happening to anyone else, or is it just me?

    I have been having the same issue for about an hour now. I tried deleting my cookies, refreshing my browser, restarting my computer, everything and keep the getting the same message that you are getting. So I'm assuming it's a problem on their end. I tend to get paranoid and always think that it's their way of blocking me somehow. But apparently not if you (and others?) are having the same problem.

    Hope it gets fixed soon! Have you e-mailed them to let them know? If it's not corrected shortly then take a screenshot and send it to them. I'm going to do the same thing.

    Thanks for posting that BlueMoods, I was thinking the worst. Your response caused me to go back and check again and the media is loading again! Whew! They are my favorite requester. I know I'm not perfect, so this little scare probably did more good than stress.

    Happened to me too earlier this evening. I didn't get a time out message but the file never loaded. Hey btw do you know if they had volume bonuses for last week? I thought I should have gotten one but I didn't and I'm not sure why. I know I did over 300 approved HITs.

    They had some maintenance yesterday, that caused some issues.
    they had volume bonuses last week. it just looks like they had some holiday or work around. their payments came in a day later as usual. so just wait a little bit
