I felt like posting my first 11 days. I need to go do something else for a little while. I'm already experiencing burn out, so I'm a little concerned. I'm losing sight of what my current goal is/was, which is to submit as many HITs as possible. I've been sitting at my computer Turking all day on most of these days, so I'm not satisfied with what I've accomplished. It's certainly more money than I had 10 days ago, but I can't stop myself from thinking that I should be working faster and smarter. I know I'm just getting ahead of myself. I think I'm trying to process too much input at one time. I went from aspiring to earn $15 a day to thinking that I could eventually make $100 a day. I'm hoping some exercise will clear all of that out of my system.
I do mostly transcriptions. You get used to the rambling quick enough, and once you get good it becomes a pretty decent source of income. My best recommendation is you don't do survey's. I've heard tons of random crap about bad HIT rejections and things like that. I'd rather not risk it.
I think the only transcription work that is worth doing on AMT is for CrowdSurf. All others provide bad pay and bad audio.
