Beware of instructions that take up 4 pages. I had one this AM that should have been fun, but the instructions were so convoluted that I kept getting the task bobbled up. I returned it.

 

This is long long gone, but if it were still around I'd almost be tempted, if only for laughs. I am pretty strict about separating turking from personal stuff. Turk in chrome, personal stuff in firefox.

So my chrome history reveals very little. I've no idea how long Chrome keeps my history, but a quick estimate says I've done about 3000 Zoltars in the past month alone, and that is just scratching the surface of the web sites HITs have sent me to. I'd be curious to know what they made of THAT browsing history.

In fact surely the browsing history of most turkers is a similar tangled up mess so it seems like an odd survey to run on mturk.

 

I don't think there's much in my Chrome history besides turking stuff and shopping. But the idea of it still creeps me out. It's so invasive.

It's like someone you work for demanding you show them your tits. No matter how flat my chest is, I'm still not lifting my shirt.

This morning when I snuck on from work for a few I was noticing talk of daily totals which made me wonder what everyones goals are? Or if you just turk till you can't turk anymore each day?
