They automated the system to auto rename flag or auto suspend based on amount of reports. I have had folks for example hate on Trump in trade chat and then get mass reported and auto suspended just from sheer number of reports. Also, Blizzard is starting to go full on PC in the last 2 years, meaning when a GM does review the suspension they either A reverse it or B don't bother reading it and keep it in place.(they are also horribly overworked and understaffed). I got a canned response back from them and sent another ticket in.
