I was doing them yesterday while it was slow. Really not a bad filler. Woke up late today and missed them but glad some people made bank on them.
I caught the batch when I least expected it.... Was around 1 a.m. PST, hunting for meager work on Mturk, then I filtered on "most recently created" HITs, and they'd *just* been created. Had to blink a few times. Then dove in.
Which batch are you focused on? My panda is crickets for now. The overnight ones were $2.30 a HIT, that were lucrative. There was a decent $1.__ batch floating too. EDIT: There's talk of this batch, "Title: Play an RTS game with a teammate! " @ $2.50 which looks good, my geographic location doesn't qualify alas.
Been seeing a fair number of "stealth" qualtrics studies lately. The URL is whatever.edu but the survey is still qualtrics. Annoying because my ad blocker screws them up. I have to keep whitelisting all these random places to get surveys to load. Also brings up the possibility of random cookie errors that are qualtrics-but-not-qualtrics somewhere down the road.
Internet died while I was doing Trace Project! :hairpull: So thankful for the 6 hour timer. Finally got back on 2 hours later and finished it. Wasn't my thing. Reminds me of the HIT Reasoning Project that we used to do for $20 and I kinda hated it too. I think Trace Project used to be $20 few months ago.

Wasn't my cup of tea either. Just read the TO now and apparently they reject too if they don't like your writing. One TO mentions that you have to use a particular style of writing. Even if they don't reject the one I did, doubt I will do another one.
