I've been going Vegetarian ever since Thursday when I ate that bad Chipotle. Even tho it was probably dirty lettuce and not bad chicken that caused my illness lol. Read some good things about cutting out meat. A lot more energy because your body uses so much energy to digest meat. I can already feel my emery levels rising. Still feeling a little weak but I heard that's normal and your body is detoxing from all the stuff they place in meat products. Anyone else a vegetarian here? Might step it up to Vegan after but I figured i'd try vegetarian first.
I have done these in the past. Sometimes 100-200 a day. I did 15 today and I cannot do anymore. I think I may have misread an attention check and flip flopped my answers I have never gotten a rejection from these though.
I'm glad youi stopped eating in thse fast foods places. Their food is high in salt, sugar and fat. Chicken is not considered red meat. I eat a lot of whole grains and beans because I eat very little meat. Trader Joe's carries meat without hormones, and it tastes like meat tasted when I was a kid.

I was vegetarian for 8 years and vegan for a bit. I had an auto-immune issue I thought could be solved by cutting out meat; I was wrong. l I've been batting iron deficiency anemia now for almost 20 years. Long story short...I now eat good pastured meat and eggs, organic produce, rarely dairy, no legumes, no gluten. My blood work has improved. I had ridiculously bad cholesterol and fatty liver when I was a vegetarian too. But then I was a total carb whore. So. But the takeaway here is that no one diet is for everyone. If a diet makes you feel good and you're getting all the nutrition you need to be healthy then do what works for you.
I'm glad you are feeling better now and eating better! Yeah my main focus is I want more energy and focus throughout the day. I read animal meats in particular require a ton of energy to digest and cutting them out give you a ton more energy. I can already feel my energy going up!

I admit it, I am a total carb whore. I went keto for two months, lost a lot of weight, the brain fog lifted and then I fell off the wagon and went on a carb bender. My diet is cleaner now and I try to keep my carbs low and stay away from processed shit but it's soooo hard. I feel better but man I just want some potatoes. :/
