I've been asked to pass this message along, and I think it's a cool project:

A few years ago I made the Global Turker Map.

There's been a ton of interest from workers, academics and journalists in updating it. This is not a commercial project, so while we're paying a penny I hope folks get that the point is to contribute a moment of their time to something that's cool and for the community. The markers on the map are anonymized (just numbers, not workerId), and each participant will be told their marker so they can see it.

I also hope to share stats on % of old-map workers who updated their location, how many countries are represented, etc.

There are 3 versions, US, India, Other. No % or count restrictions, so everyone is qualified to do one of the three.

We made it as simple and fast as possible, and it auto-approves.
