    Hi everyone, I'm new to MTurk. I'm on my 5th active day. So far so good. I'm excited about meeting new people in this forum. If anyone has any tips I would really appreciate it.

    Work at it everyday. a little bit. Even 20 hits a day is better than nothing.

    Print off the style guides for the company you're doing transcriptions for. Download express scribe (free). Have good headphones or speakers. Start small and don't forget to preview the audio you will be working from. If it's hard to hear in the preview, it will only be harder in the full version.
