I am not sure if things like this usually happens for other turkers as well. Months back I used to work mostly for one particular requester. Suddenly I noticed that that requester blocked me after some of their hits done by me got rejected. Months have passed, but the 'block' from that particular requester continues. I am doing different other requesters HITs in the meantime. But I would like to do that requesters HITs again since I liked those type of work and I want to prove myself. Is there any way so that I get the block removed? Hope somebody can help me.
Yeah, I wonder if maybe you missed (or misread) one of their rules/stipulations, so they thought you were a spammer and blocked you? Like say you misread "rewrite twice" to "rewrite" (I did that once, how frustrating!). And so instead of sending what they wanted you were sending what you thought they wanted, so they blocked you. Like HalfBaked said, couldn't hurt to ask them.
