Opera became my default browser in 2007 and I've been a hardcore fan of it ever since. I don't use other browsers even for turking. Chrome and FF, for me, are only for looking up approval times and projected earnings. For some reason, mTurk scripts were not working in Opera.

With my very limited knowledge in javascripts and with the help of ThirdClassIntMasterTurker, I tried and succeeded to make the scripts work in Opera as well. Thanks ThirdClassIntMasterTurker.

Follow these steps if you need them:

    1. Download (Select Install in userscripts.org and click Save As) all the scripts you want to install in a common folder.

    2. Download this script into the folder created above.

    3. Right click any mTurk page:
    >> Select Edit Site Preferences...
    >> Click Scripting Tab
    >> Click Choose... and point the User JavaScript folder option to the folder you created in the first step.

    4. Now go here and check "User JavaScript on HTTPS" to enable it. Scroll down and click Save.

    5. Refresh mTurk page and you're done.

A few scripts may not work fully as some functions are not supported in Opera. But, I've tried Header info, Approval time, requester ID, projected earnings, pending earnings and HIT export and these are working fine. Share here your experience or any difficulties you faced.

    Automatically refresh pages

You don't need to have a third party script on Opera to do a auto page refresh. Opera has that feature built-in. Just right-click on any page, select Reload Every and set the reload interval time that suits your needs.
