mturk asking address when accepting new hit

    hi there, turking from 2012. now when I accepting new hit it show "important message
    we do not have a current address on file for you. Please select an existing address or enter a new one." when I choose existing address it cannot continue. any help?:(

    Same thing. Member of Mturk since 2011 from Pakistan. Completed almost 40,000 HITs with an accuracy rounded from 99.something to 100% on the dashboard.

    I am getting the exact same message as you.

    I can log in to my account fine. All the information in my account seems fine. I can preview the HITs, but whenever I try to accept a HIT, it gives me the message above. Since I use the money to order books through the gift balance, so I transferred my money to my gift card balance to be on the safe side.

    My address is up to date. No changes made ever to the account information. I have sent a message to Mturk from the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the Mturk homepage. Hoping they resolve this issue. I don't use a shared computer and don't have any viruses/malware/keyloggers, so I have no reason to believe that my account is compromised.

    If I select the "use existing address" and press continue, the message doesn't go away. If I try to enter the same address manually into the fields and press continue, still doesn't work. So, don't know what is going on. Hoping for some resolution from Mturk support.

    Haven't heard back from Mturk Support, but the issue seems to be resolved for me at least. Probably a temporary glitch. Now everything is back to normal.

    thank God!!! now it seems good. no more messages and I can accept hits. it solved automatically.
    possibilities:
    1. mturk server problem because it happened while doing 'Amazon Requester Inc. A9 Data Validation' huge batch. when doing this batch, a lot of malfunction happens.
    2. a warning from mturk because I have done this batch very fast like robot with the help of script that found on greasyfork.
    3. from April a new financial year starting in India. mturk want to update there workers address to face any upcoming legal issues.

    anyway I never touch A9 Data Validation. thank you.:)

    Don't think it has anything to do with A9 Data Validation. I wasn't doing those HITs. I don't think I have ever done their HITs, so I don't think it has anything to do with that particular requester.

    I was working on HITs from another requester and I don't use any scripts, so I don't think that was the reason either.

    Could have been some other reason. Could have been a glitch. Either way, no issues for the time being.

    same problem to me are you received any mail for Amazon or are you send as any mail

    received no mails and sent no mails. wait few hours with hope.
