Anymore Find Homepage HITs going up today, or this week? I've been waiting since the last time they dropped, and of course, I slept in and missed almost all of them.... Stupid sleep.
Ahh bummer, not today, sorry. Whether there will be another this week depends entirely on how this batch goes (not to do with you guys, it's just that some batches are "better" than others).
what time are you shutting down shop?? As I remember you saying you like to shut it down when you can't supervise it.
Since everything is going very smoothly, and since I'll be able to check in when I leave the office, as of now (3 hours til end of day), I don't plan to close up shop. Good question.
Why arent the other OCMP requesters on the ball like you are? 90% of them don't respond to emails ever.
Because of the way OCMP works, it's better if you contact us within a HIT rather than going to our page and hitting contact this requester.
I assume there is a problem with some of the retrieval HITs? Instead of an actual HIT being in the frame, I get this: [h=2]"Oops... It seems that page you requested does not exist or can not be opened. Please choose an other available task or try again later!"[/h]
Yeah, I'm not sure why that would happen - it's possible that a url formatting error has caused a bug. There are a couple of tasks stuck at 99% - if they don't clear out before I leave today (in about an hour), I'll shut them down.
Still not entirely certain what happened here; seems to have only been about 15 HITs. I don't see any pattern in them, but it hasn't been my priority; I'll let you know if I find something. Thanks for letting me know. It is INCREDIBLY useful to know when these things happen.
Great! Would it be possible to fix the bug in the google search links? When it was clicked last time, it puts the search in the search bar of google, but it doesn't actually search, you have to click the search button.
I'm pretty sure this bug happened because of returns. I had to return a few yesterday, and when I later saw the hits, they were at the same number of hits I returned, with that error message.
